What makes it good:

• 🧲 Magnesium Chloride - relaxes achy muscles. Something the body craves for every day muscle function.
• 💨 MSM - Pairs great with magnesium a sulfur-containing compound primarily used to support muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and manage inflammation. Great for speeding post- exercise recovery.
• 🌿 Boswellia (Frankincense Resin) - an herbal extract primarily used to block enzymes that cause systemic inflammation, particularly in joints and muscles.

How to Use:

Start with massaging a pea-sized amount onto damp skin—focus on joints, neck, back, or anywhere that’s throwing a tantrum. Use daily or as needed. Always patch test if you’re new to topical magnesium (it’s spicy for some!).
