🚫 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because my products are bath + body items (aka sanitary products), I can’t accept returns or refunds. Once your order ships, cancellations aren’t possible.

Refunds will not be given for:

• A change of mind 💛
• Allergies or skin reactions (ingredients are always clearly listed)
• Scent preferences — this one’s big!

Every scent I make uses natural botanicals (which makes our products 7-10x more expensive to make than store bought) and plant-based fragrance components, so they smell true to the actual flower, fruit, or leaf—NOT a synthetic imitation. 🌸🍋🍃

That means if you’re expecting a “perfume-style” version of lemon or lavender, you might be surprised by how real and raw the natural notes smell.

Another important note is fragrance is also incredibly subjective—what smells heavenly to one person might register completely differently to another. There’s even a scientific term for it: olfactory subjectivity, meaning every nose (and brain) interprets scent in its own unique way.

All scent notes are clearly listed in each product description, so you’ll know what to expect before ordering.
