Lucid Dreamer is a botanical ritual bath tea created for your before-bed ritual—when you want to quiet the outside world, relax the body, and turn your attention inward toward dreams, intuition, and spiritual connection.

A dreamy blend of organic passionflower, lavender, chamomile, and blue lotus combines botanicals traditionally associated with relaxation, dreamwork, intuition, and peaceful sleep. Each blend is also intentionally Reiki infused while being crafted.

Blue lotus is the mystical Gatekeeper, traditionally associated with intuition and altered states of awareness. Passionflower acts as the Anchor, grounding the body into relaxation. Lavender becomes the Lighthouse, bringing clarity and intention to your dreamwork, while chamomile, the Peace-Weaver, softens the entire ritual with calm, comforting energy.

HOW TO USE
Spoon your Tea Intentions blend into one of the provided tea bags and tie securely. Place in a heat-safe vessel and pour 4–6 cups of boiling water over the botanicals. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Draw a warm bath, pour in the botanical infusion, add the tea bag, and soak for approximately 20 minutes while focusing on your intention.
