Ocean Mist (MCT oil | Seaweed extract | Vitamin D extract Magnesium Body Oil)

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals our bodies crave. If we are deficient in this vital mineral, it can wreak havoc on our lives from everything to sleepless nights, hormonal imbalances, anxiety / depression and weight gain. 

Everyday stress and environment cause deficiencies in nearly 80% of the population. That's why replacement is so essential to healthy body function. Luckily, the skin is one of the most effective ways to absorb this mineral.

My formula is quite a bit more special than your average magnesium spray...I added seaweed extract and vitamin D and MCT oil for added skin benefits!

Seaweed Extract is packed with all your skin's favorite vitamins and minerals, and helps to soothe, soften, and reduce sensitivity. Because seaweed cells are surprisingly similar to skin cells, they also help to protect and maintain your skin's natural balance, defending against irritation.

Vitamin D is important for skin health because it helps maintain a protective barrier against sun damage, regulates the cellular replication cycle, which helps prevent premature aging, stimulates antioxidants to fight harmful free radicals.

MCT oil (Fractionated coconut oil) acts as a sealant, as it helps trap moisture into the skin to keep it moist as to help with overall absorption. Mct oil is considered a "dry oil" which means that it absorbs quickly, so it won't leave you feeling greasy. 

Scent: Herbal Blue tansy essential oil mixed with warm vanilla undertones (my most popular very own creation "vanilla blue tansy" scent!)

Directions: Simply shake and spray as needed on the skin (Morning and Night is great! Or even just night. This is where we are all different. Listen to your body). It's important that magnesium is a salt and therefore will behave like a salt. Avoid mucus membrane areas, cuts, open wounds & freshly shaved/exfoliated skin. For the best absorption use on wet or moist skin. If you accidentally get magnesium into a cut, simply rinse it away. This is not intended for face area. (Store out of direct sunlight)

Topical magnesium can cause a bit of a tingle sensation. This varies from person to person and is completely normal. Be sure to always speak to your doctor before starting any supplements.
