Scent notes: Spearmint, cedar & a hint of clove!

Essential oils have been used for nearly 6,000 years, with the aim of improving a person’s health or mood!  One of the best ways to take advantage of an essential oil's power is to inhale it through aromatherapy.  All of my steamers are made with menthol to help carry the essential oil so they pack a punch on those sinuses!  Menthol also adds many benefits of its own.

Each bag contains 7 - approximate 1 oz steamers which equates to about 6.2-6.5 oz. 

Ingredients: baking soda, citric acid, arrowroot, witch hazel, essential oil blend, menthol, botanicals, mica.

How to use: Remove the shower steamer from all packaging. Moisten under the running water to activate the effervescence. As the steamer begins to fizz, the pure essential oils are released and the shower is filled with the aromatherapy.

For a stronger scent, the shower steamer can also be placed in a soap dish, ledge, or even hung by an organza (mesh) bag . To adjust the strength of the scent, you can move the steamer closer or further from the direct stream of water.
